…until I confronted my childhood molestation and looking back on this event. Anyone could waltz into this country, go anywhere and do just about anything they want to whoever they want. I could have been kidnapped and my parents wouldn’t have been any the wiser until I didn’t show up after school.
In fact it is even more clear to me that this was the purpose in the “open door policy” and not some attempt at some kind of freedom. Freedom a word highly construed by many. Some think it means to live without rules and regulations or law and order. One would never know freedom without them, breaking them only binds the soul. In Hollywood it is different but they still have rules and an order to what they do.
