Kay's Science: A good old fashioned cocaine cocktail…
I think the key to the successful use of it other than for sleep is the frequency of its use rather than the amount of the dosage. So 2-5 mgs, every 4 hours is more effective than 10 mgs at once and tryptophan works even better. A combination of melatonin or tryptophan and glutamine work very well. You definitely have to remember to eat or make sure someone else makes sure you eat. It will zap the appetite.

My father’s name was Flave Gibbs
The name actually came from Flavius Fletcher Spencer – married to Alice Lynwood Harris, why I put Addie Harris (unconsciously) in my grandmother’s name during our collecting this information, however erroneous it was as her maiden name is Hall. Flavius F. Spencer died about 8 years before my father was born. Must have acquired it via some association such as his store.
I am not sure where this idea of lifting and taking people’s things came from. I have been under the impression cleaning and sorting was done at Masonic meetings, not its original intent either.

Say a man has gone out for a nip or two at the local pub. He goes home, takes a peak at the almanac or calendar for some reason and the date 1680 registers in his mind as 1980 as his intoxication from alcohol or even some medicine or herb he’s eaten might have affected his synaptic activity. This gets passed down to his offspring and their offspring all ignoring it as something else possibly, or something impossible or it actually sets them to dreaming about the future. I was struck by the reality of fantasying and what that really is all about a few days ago. Aren’t they a creation of what is really in the brain, what one sees in one’s world? Suppose the creator of Time Tunnel was an ancestor of this man?
Phantasy would be the content of the thoughts of another, as in one who is subjected to projective identification and is likely a real life drama.

A woman died in the B building and as I can tell they have done the same thing to her they are trying to do to me…

I think this is where I first encountered HM though I was not aware of it and I got stuck cleaning up her dirty laundry, such as the wrist cutting thing in college. The pill popping I know came from my mother which has since been documented as the history of some Doctor. I am suspicious of these associations made by the wiki which is where that info was acquired, as I have found so many discrepancies. It seems likely though someone was in so much pain they took an overdose as a cure not as a gesture of self inflicted death. I am not clear about the suicidal causes yet.
Acting out is the result of a state of unconsciousness and an inability to control that of which one is possessed. Knowledge is power.

I was going to try using amino acids hoping to discover some sort of pattern (sand or some sort of crystal like substance?), mixing them with the paint to see what would happen. It was not a successful venture. I did not find painting on glass appealing so I went no further. I found sketching and painting on canvas more pleasing such as I dou!

Who did the British Royalty really starve to death and is the little Ice Age nothing more than another cover-up for some iced up emotional attitude toward some group of people that obviously centered around Bloody Mary and the Roman Catholic Church. During the Bolshevik Revolution, who was really attacking who and for what real reasons, enmeshments being what they are? In thinking on my own enmeshments and their affect on me and my family it has given me reason to question what really happened during that revolution.
