What if Mary Jane Kelly’s murder and possibly previous Ripper murders were acts of vengeance spawned after Mary Queen of Scots

was executed by  Elizabeth I?

Surely the Scots would have been quiet angered and wished to cut off Elizabeth’s head during that time.   Maybe this is why Hall wanted to cut off his own mother’s head.
