I think the key to the successful use of it other than for sleep is the frequency of its use rather than the amount of the dosage. So 2-5 mgs, every 4 hours is more effective than 10 mgs at once and tryptophan works even better. A combination of melatonin or tryptophan and glutamine work very well. You definitely have to remember to eat or make sure someone else makes sure you eat. It will zap the appetite.
