…my father in the face with a wash cloth. I think that’s what triggered the “Drinker”, Lackawanna Valley, PA incident becoming a full blown problem, acting out. If they had had any foreknowledge and had not acted that out, then the matter might have been kept under control and my father would be alive today.
I discover this all too late.
