I titled this drawing Cleoptra but the word Coleoptra may have been…

…floating around in there since I once owned a Volkswagon Beetle.   I had read something of Cleopatra in trying to make sense of the information I was given in the film about her.   I read that she had an ailing sister who died and she was consumed with finding a cure and it occurred to me that she might have been the one who gave life to Aesclepius, the physician of her time.   It did not occur to me that this may have divided her consciousness and could have fallen upon the shoulders of her offspring which may have given birth to a male and female doctor.

I haven’t read that much history, just bits and pieces here and there.
