“These are special children and they act out and could be dangerous…

…why they shouldn’t be allowed to have weapons”.

This can be considered a weapon.  It’s been in my house for 5 years or more along with several other knives bigger than this one.

I have never used it on anyone, not even myself, despite all this rambling through Jack the Ripper’s story and having seen numerous other movies involving killing someone with a knife.
