I did my best to try and program some sleep dialogue into my night time…

Kay's Science: Suicide doubles with sleep deprivation – update 5

…but it has not been very effective mainly as some of it contains music which is terribly annoying when one is attempting to sleep.  My personal compilations need some work as they are not specific enough and I fear they can be a problem to those who might become enmeshed with me, which I had hoped to avoid as much as possible.

I have tried music alone which has not been as affective as the dialogue.   Binaural beats and a ticking clock seem to help.  I even created a sleep cycle dvd to help reset my sleep cycles.

I’ve tried self hypnosis and progressive relaxation by Konicov, but it seems simply the sound of the voice rather than the script puts me to sleep.
