…if I had not been dissociated from my art in 1973 before the LSD experience I likely would have drawn it out.  As it was I was lifted out of it and into someone else’s drug usage.  No one in my family has used LSD to my knowledge except my cousin and I.

Let me state I am not ashamed of having done it either as it gave me invaluable insights I would never have gained without it.
