They are just ok but the premise is effective I think. I discovered the kind of help I need is far more intensive and will require more critical thinking than what most of these programs provide.
Which means they are not helping me. As I have mentioned on my other blog, they are written so as to assist those into whom these ideas will eventually be projected. This is done by using scare tactics, fear, anger and imagery.
