…is initiated by the use of neuro-inhibitory drugs or medications, alcohol and other similar chemicals. As I mentioned, glycine, a neuroinhibitory amino acid inhibits the firing of the NMDA receptors and prevents neuronal excitement. This is how I was able to have the clear visions. Other neuroinhibitory amino acids and drugs especially serotonin and melatonin cause me to act out as they block the frontal lobes or our brain’s policeman. Of course what is in one’s mind/brain determines what is acted out. If you are enmeshed with lots of people and they tend to watch the television or listen to lots of music then you may succumb to acting out some scene or scenario which has nothing to do with anything you’ve seen or read. Of course if you have seen the same thing then you get a doubly whammy. This is the nature of our brains and minds on drugs. If acting out were not an issue of importance I dare say Racker or any other Psychoanalyst or Psychologist would bother to write about it, though he failed to go into the causes of acting out.
