1985 Continued outpatient treatment for 1 year, sexual abuse issues Had to discontinue therapy after Blue Cross and Blue Shield claimed I was being treated for a pre-existing condition. As a result I regressed and went back to previous behaviors.

NCCIW, pre-sentence evaluation Trespassing/Damage to
property
1991 NCCIW 3 months returned to Pitt County Jail pending
sentencing
1991 Pitt County Jail, awaiting sentencing, appealed sentence to
Superior Court, placed under $10,000 bond. Remained in jail
45 days, under duress, remanded appeal
1991 May 12, violated probation, returned to Prison NCCIW for 5 months
