I am taking between 5-8 per day in addition to other dietary proteins. I feel better but still not sleeping all that well. Must be the histidine keeping me awake. Had to take an anti-histamine last night. I suppose I should take them earlier.
The RDA for the weight I want to be is less than 8 capsules per day. 50 grams of top sirloin is twice the RDA for amino acids (50 gms is including fat and water).
