Johnny Watson’s father was the superintendent there. That is, the man I know as Johnny Watson, who also stated he worked for the Pentagon and resided in New York for a time. The small church I attended in my youth was called Watson’s Chapel, a Methodist denomination. Some of my family left the Episcopal Church and began attending the Methodist Church.
