I also connected Josiah Willard Gibbs to Edgar Poe.  Then I connected Poe and the two women and his wife Clemm to Helmholtz, then to Gibbs.   I think it was because of Poe that Gibbs possibly went into Physics.   I also think the letter Ellot wrote to Poe in German was the result of a psychic connection to Helmholtz and he was to call on someone at their home in the evening.   I then recognized a bit of a resemblance between Clemm and Helmholtz.   Was it a projection from Poe onto Virginia?   Was he on the verge of a discovery?   I think he was trying to convey – someone, an artist perhaps was trying to convey to Helmholtz that the resonator was lighting up the brain, this is when it was used for extracting information from the brain only they couldn’t write fast enough so then the type writer became a reality to keep up.

I did go to Baltimore, the Philidlephia, then New York and finally Boston and Medford, Massachusetts.

I also connected Simone’s Pirate Jenny to this.   I did have her music and it just may be that I was listening to it at the time these thoughts were cumulating.
