Kay's Science: A good old fashioned cocaine cocktail…
I think the key to the successful use of it other than for sleep is the frequency of its use rather than the amount of the dosage. So 2-5 mgs, every 4 hours is more effective than 10 mgs at once and tryptophan works even better. A combination of melatonin or tryptophan and glutamine work very well. You definitely have to remember to eat or make sure someone else makes sure you eat. It will zap the appetite.

Susan fell in the shower at the hospital from too much Parnate, I was her roommate for while in 1990.
I got in to a minor collision rear ending my mother in 1978, face hit the steering wheel, passenger’s head hit the windshield.
I think what really happened is I must have bumped into my mother when I was a kid or one of the nephews bumped into their mom…

My father’s name was Flave Gibbs
The name actually came from Flavius Fletcher Spencer – married to Alice Lynwood Harris, why I put Addie Harris (unconsciously) in my grandmother’s name during our collecting this information, however erroneous it was as her maiden name is Hall. Flavius F. Spencer died about 8 years before my father was born. Must have acquired it via some association such as his store.
I am not sure where this idea of lifting and taking people’s things came from. I have been under the impression cleaning and sorting was done at Masonic meetings, not its original intent either.

Say a man has gone out for a nip or two at the local pub. He goes home, takes a peak at the almanac or calendar for some reason and the date 1680 registers in his mind as 1980 as his intoxication from alcohol or even some medicine or herb he’s eaten might have affected his synaptic activity. This gets passed down to his offspring and their offspring all ignoring it as something else possibly, or something impossible or it actually sets them to dreaming about the future. I was struck by the reality of fantasying and what that really is all about a few days ago. Aren’t they a creation of what is really in the brain, what one sees in one’s world? Suppose the creator of Time Tunnel was an ancestor of this man?
Phantasy would be the content of the thoughts of another, as in one who is subjected to projective identification and is likely a real life drama.

…I saw a pen and ink sketch of a building with steeples but wasn’t a church I don’t think and it was done by someone named Bernard something. I saw it here where I live. Maybe this is part of it and maybe he was thought it was something else when he rendered it…the front of the building in the pen and ink looked like some of Albert Speers designs with columns.

A woman died in the B building and as I can tell they have done the same thing to her they are trying to do to me…
Elizabeth II, she’s one of your people. She died and was not found for over a month. It was not until I said something that they began to inquire of her whereabouts. They are the one’s profiling and targeting people, not people like me.
